I ported my number out and I am still being charged.

@jpniyitanga   if you confirmed that you did port out successfully (the incoming calls going to your new provider) , then you can direct message PM Support for a refund and get it stopped

Can you check to see if your Public Mobile service still works? If it does still work, the port out didn't complete.
