When I login, it sends a one time password to the wrong phone number. I can only login by pressing "did not get code" and selecting to receive the OTP via email.

So good, you are able to login. When logged in, click on or change the drop-down from the Overview, to Profile. Then Manage Eversafe ID. The phone number is showing. Is that not your phone number? Click the pencil to change and save.
