Will the referral credit be assigned to me if my account is suspended.

My friend would like to sign up with public mobile and allocate the referral to me. My account is currently suspended as I am out of the country. I plan on reinstatiing my account just before my 90 days (around 85 day mark). Will the referral credit be assisgned to me if my account is suspended. By that I mean, when I reinstate my account, will I start getting the $1 off as a referral credit. Is it retroactive? (seems like I saw someone else ask this quesiton). Will it get affected when I suspend it again for one month following my one month of reinstatement?

@celine_s Question, do you currently have any account balance? What happens on your renewal date is that all rewards are transferred to account balance before taking a payment from your cc. Since you removed your cc to suspend your account, did the total rewards transferred to your account balance or not? I am curious to know this as previously i know rewards did not apply when i reactivated, but it could be for the 2nd time, i can't remember lol.

The $1 referral credit will be in effect on your next renewal (not when you unsuspend by making a manual payment).

The $20 referral bonus will be added to your account balance and will be used when you unsuspend your account. You will need to pay (Plan Price  - $20) using your cc or voucher. Whatever rewards you have now do not apply when you reactivate your plan as per terms rewards are forfeited when you suspend your account.

AFAIK, none of the rewards will apply when you reinstate your account that is currently suspended. However, the bonus credit you will receive for referring will apply when you pay for the next 90 days.
