Why was I charged more?

Last month I changed from $25 just calls and text plan to $30 talk and 500mb+500mb bonus plan. But I was charged $35? Did it register wrongly my plan as 1GB? Is it possible to get refund on this? Thanks.

Also if you want to pay $2 less each month, why not sign-up for Autopay (preauthorized payments)?

Charged where? Your credit card statement shows the plan cost + tax.

If you post a screen shot of your payment history (blank out all personal information, please, this is a public forum...) we might be able to figure out what happened.

@z198810There is no refund for prepaid service. You can go back to your account and review your current plan. There is a $25 plan up now. So you can renew it in next cycle.

Do you know if this was a promo plan? It looks like as of now 35 is the price for talk and 1GB .30 is data only.
