I have been charged twice for my first month.. and I find it very confusing trying to get this straightened out..

Sorry to hear about the double charge. In order to have the second charge, you will need to send a message to the Moderators with your account details (name, phone number, pin) and issue and they will refund the excess charge to you. To send a message to the Moderators, follow the below link:
