My auto payment is always completed . Why is my phone number which is ********** locked ?

Hi if you mean not working your auto pay may have failed  go into your account to see if is active or suspended

What do you mean "locked"? What is happening?

@Chingo241016 Bad idea to include your phone number on a public forum. Click the 3 dots top right of post and select edit. Remove the number.
