Why Pm so junk?

What is public mobile supposed to be run by tell us one of the biggest services in the world, why is it always so junk. Almost every month I have so many dropped calls and every second or third month I have to call you guys to reset my service. I have 8 GB left to go on my data and you guys have suspended my service. And for whatever millions of dollars billions of dollars at this company makes it can't seem to keep Services going. Why am I shut off right now that start with that question who started fit to suspend my service for what reason?

I just got tired of the constant drop calls and clothes that wouldn't come through especially from places like my bank who says they can never get a hold of me through my phone and have just started emailing me instead of calling me which is less than ideal. And then I try to talk to an operator or something and there's just zero movement. So I moved over to fizz. Off the gecko they just give me 100 GB plus unlimited talk and text and all that other good stuff for 20 bucks a month. So, where public saw fit to cut me off while I still had seven gigs and a week to go, Fizz doubled my data and cut my price down by 50% for the next 6 months!! They allow my unused gigs to turn over every month and even let me 'gift' my extea data to friends, family and even strangers! Did I mention they have me a $25 credit just for shts and giggles...?

The same friends I brought here to Public...? I'll be bringing them with me over here too. We both get $25 credits, plus perks sooo... I'd say I got it sorted out. Thanks for checking in tho!

Says I still have 7 gigs to go and I shouldn't have to renew until the 9th. I'm never late and everything's paid up they just shut everything down today. I'm at a campsite so the only Wi-Fi is a 5-minute walk away which isn't bad but I can't get any incoming calls if I'm chilling at my trailer. I've wasted the whole day which is usually pretty busy day for me, Sundays are, as it's my only day off so not only did I miss all my Marketplace sales but I missed everything else that I had planned for today because I couldn't even get a hold of anybody. If I don't get some sort of compensation for this last day I'm done with these guys. They can blame AI all they want but if they're not planning to compensate for their own errors they're going to lose more customers, I'm sure.

My service has been suspended again, due to their problems with the new 911 fee. I have a 3-month plan and last paid in July, yet had my service suspended both on August 1 and now today, August 31st!! I have not yet been responded to!!

Sorry to hear your troubles. A few complaints over this weekend with autopay/pre-authorized payments failures. Is your account suspended?  Your data is not working. What about text and talk?  

As for dropped calls, which model phone are you using? If not VoLTE compatible with PM network, your voice experience will fluctuate depending on your location.
