Where did the 250 MB U.S. Data Roaming go?

I got the 250 MB U.S. Roaming Data 10-day plan for $10 10 days ago, and since I'm in the U.S. for almost another week, I was going to add that same add-on again. I accidentally selected 200 MB of data, which I do not need. When I went to see why I made that mistake, I saw that the 250 MB plan I wanted is no longer there. I wondered if it was because that one was still active, but now it has expired, and it's still not there. It still shows up on the website (https://publicmobile.ca/en/mb/plans), but not on my self-serve account under add-ons. I contacted the moderators to see if I could cancel the Canadian 200 MB I don't need, and I thought I would at least go get the 250 MB U.S. Roaming Data while I'm waiting on their response, as I need phone service tomorrow when I don't have Wi-Fi access anymore, but it's not there! It was expired according to what it showed on my account summary, but it must have been as you said - it just needed some time to show up again. Thanks so much! I checked back this morning, and there it was!

If today is day 10, it's not showing because it's still active (the same US roaming add-ons can't be stacked). As seen with other quirks related to the US add-ons, it might need a bit of time to reset in your account. Check back in the morning? Or go for the 500MB if you need data immediately?
