I've been noticing that lately that this doesn't always work any more. I'm also noticing a delay in shipments. I do wonder if this has something to do with how I saw in another thread that a moderator advised a customer that a different shipping company was used, which could indicate a change.

Haha...yep both @Jb456  and @gblackma  were quick in guessing what OP probably really meant since it is, after all, only one letter typo off from track?  And OP hasn't come back to say it isn't what they were referring to, then I think it's a fair assumption to make! 🙂
