I have setup the data on my Android phone. But after that, I do not know what the next step is. In addition, how can I do Accout Log In.

If you use all of your data before the due date of the next billing cycle, you have the following choices:
1: Use your phone on Wi-Fi only, or
2: Purchase a data add-on. A data add-on is not time-limited. It expires only when all of the data have been used.

Well in order to log in you would have had to register your account with PM. In registering you would have been assigned a phone number and chosen a plan.
