Our family is on autopay and this time round two of our credit cards were blocked. I got a private message about how to unblock it. I’m being asked for so much private info that I’m freaking out a bit. How much info is needed?

If you intitiated contact with the moderators by private message and they replied then it should be fine.
If not, then I suggest you click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET).
I've been here 3 years and you are only the second person to have this issue. And sorry, don't recall the details of the last case.

@Jodijones Best is to use another card or use prepaid mastercard/vouchers.
