The public mobile website operated so unreliable it's not even loading my account data for me. All I get is the spinner, for example "Loading subscription details." Frustrating. I get that this is a discount service but I expect the portal to at least work.

Clear cache and try again, also try using browser with Incognito mode
and try using Public Mobile app
