Hi folks,
I find the Pub Mob account web interface (from a desktop) seems glitchy and has crashed without warning. In addition I tried to download my Usage History and the Download function just didn't seem to work at all. It was during one of my attempts to get Download to work that my most recent crash happened.
Interestingly when I re-entered my account I found the web interface appeared to have repopulated the screen differently - things were there now that didn't seem to be there before - I can't verify whether I was seeing things or not.

Try the PM app. It worked for me.

@humon1 - Yes, the website is buggy and I would recommend to use a different browser or use Private / Incognito mode. See if it works.
