I currently have a public mobile account and I want to change my phone number. I know that I need to login to my account to do this but when I try to login with my emai, the system says that my email is not recognized so I figured my email or my sim is not registered. But when I tried to register my sim, the system says my sim is “invalid”. What should I do?

@rhao0202 if it's been a while since you've logged in, public mobile tends to disable customers accounts after a certain period of time. you will need to contact customer support mods
also try to login at least once per month to avoid this from happening again
please click on the green chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen to speak with SIMon
type "forgot log in information"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "click here to submit a ticket!)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

@rhao0202 : Did you try the Forgot your password? link on the left side? What happens when you dial 611?
