My service got over on 27th May 2018 and i am not able to renew my plan or add my Credit/debit card. I want to renew the plan as fast as possible please help!

Actually man the problem is i dont even have the password so I can just login and recharge my account thats why I want to change the email address, my friend gave every details of the account but his mail got blocked and he dont even have the password I just want to recharge the card as soon as possible.

@Shazadhakim, I am a little confused here about how the need to change from a blocked email address and making a payment are connected. There are no email exchanges involved with login and making payments in the self serve portal. Are you saying you have been blocked from trying to login due to multiple unsuccessful attempts? If this is the case and you need a password reset, you will need to get in touch with the moderator team as the password reset function is broken. @Shazadhakim Try using incognito/private browsing mode. Alternatively, you can purchase voucher from local stores such as Shoppers Drug Mart or Canadian Tire.
