Hi! We're hoping to be new members soon.
I ordered two SIM cards almost a month ago and received one in the mail shortly after. So I ordered another card 19 days ago but I still haven't received anything. I responded to the email given in my shipment notification in case I had questions/concerns to let them know I still hadn't received the second SIM card but no one has responded. I'm not sure what to do at this point - order for a third time?

I had the same problem. I ordered two sim cards (ie. qty=2), but they only shipped me one. I got the sim card about a week after I ordered it. Second one never showed up. They must have thought it was a typo in the qty field... lol.

My first one took 11 days to arrive (7 business days). Canadapost can be pretty slow...

Ok I'll order another. I did double check my address and the first one arrived just fine so that's why I'm confused as to what happened.

Your best bet would be ordering a new one: please make sure to double check your adress.
This can happen at time unfortunately.
