Vouchers are rejected...

Hi,

I just bought 3 $40 vouchers from my college store. 2 of them worked fine, but the third one lagged when i subbmited it. (cliked submit and "page is not responding" icon appeared). I've tried to submit one more time, however it says Unfortunately, Voucher #************ could not be added. Please verify the Voucher and try again. I asked the store if they can help me with this. They called the retailer and verify that my PIN is unique and sold only once.

I also purchased another $10 voucher in order to complete my plan payment, but it failed to submit again. So, my guess is that my account is glitched (shot in the dark)*.

No response or help was given from PM Mod team yet. Maybe here I can get any help.

Thanks in advance!

Solved!

The problem was in self-serv and my wifi. When I tried to put the pin and submit it, my wifi vanished for a sec. This caused the pin to glitch in my account.

In this case only mods could've helped me.

Thank you.

Have you tried calling the 611 number like @will13am suggested? Although I haven't tried it that way, it's another way to add the voucher to your account. If that doesn't work, then send a message to the moderators using the link will13am provided in their post above. My suggestion was a shot in the dark, but I found out later that there actually was an issue with self-serve.

I had an issue earlier this month entering a voucher code to my account. I was getting similar errors. I figured there was an issue with the self-serve system, and that appeared to be the issue since 2 hours later I was able to add it.

@Nomad1207, can you try applying the voucher by calling 611.  If that also doesn't work, reach out to the moderator team for resolution.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include in the private message account number and PIN code. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.  Note that if you have contacted the moderator team already, don't send multiple messages for the same problem.  This will slow down the interaction.
