Purchased voucher, dialed 611 and entered voucher number, now it says available funds on voucher 40$ ?? Now what, I entered don’t would pay my 34$ subscription that’s been impossible to get corrected with my usual bank card . Don’t know what to do now to actually get my phone working 😞

Performing a network reset cannot possibly fix an issue with the Public Mobile payment system not applying the payment to renew the plan.

hi @Mcsarah72 the system should renew the plan for you

wait 5 mins and call *611 again

if the funds still there and didn't use for renewal, ask PM support agent to help

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
