Purchased voucher, dialed 611 and entered voucher number, now it says available funds on voucher 40$ ?? Now what, I entered don’t would pay my 34$ subscription that’s been impossible to get corrected with my usual bank card . Don’t know what to do now to actually get my phone working 😞

wait 5 mins and call *611 again
if the funds still there and didn't use for renewal, ask PM support agent to help
