I bought a voucher to top up my minutes after monthly plan ends and the receipt smudged and I cannot read all the digits to input to redeem

Contact customer support and hopefully there are other identifiers on the voucher they can use to confirm its validity and perhaps they can apply it behind the scenes for you.
