I have a Motorola Edge 2024 and I can’t get my voicemail set up since I ported over from Lucky. If I call my phone I can leave a message but can’t find it anywhere afterwards.
set up voicemail number is set to my cell number and service is my carrier.
can you help?

When was the port completed? You sure the ported was completed and you receive incoming calls?
And make sure you removed Lucky sim card/eSIM. Make sure PM SIM is the only one enabled and set as Primary. Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
Try leave a voicemail to yourself and see if you can call back and get it. If you cannot get it, try calling the Voicemail access number 778-581-4001 or 647-580-4001
If you still cannot find the voicemail, maybe the port was not completed and you have been leaving voicemail on your Lucky account still
