Hi. I got a new phone in response to the email about the end of the 3G network. It is a Samsung Galaxy A17 5g. I was assured by Best Buy when I bought it that the phone has VoLTE capability but when I put in the IMEI # it says it does not. Help. Is there something I can do?

A17 will work. An agent told me sometimes newer model might not be updated to the IMEI checker quick enough
But confirm this, when you are on voice calls, does the phone shows 5G or 4G or LTE? if it is, then it is good
you can also open ticket with PM and let them know you have a new phone and confirm
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
