Hi there I would like to ask how to get help from the moderator about my problem in porting my virgin number to my public mobile number, I did mine using the procedure in my account and then my virgin mobile number got cutoff and were not successfully ported to my public mobile number I’ve already pm the moderator since Friday and got no reply from them can someone help me pls... thanks

It's a good thing you got that started. Just under the advice of some other more seasoned members here. If you include your account number and PIN in future requests it helps to expedite the process once they receive your message.
I helped another member sign up and port their number over on Monday, but it was only a couple days after I discovered that the port did not complete properly. It was just a matter of contacting the moderators and they resubmitted a port request again on their end after getting me to verify if there was a PIN associated with my previous phone line and also the IMEI. It was completed within a couple hours of getting that cleared up.
Providing more details is also helpful for moderators to assist you accordingly.
For instance I had set up everything on our end so the phone could call out, send and receive MMS and access data but it could not receive calls. This helped the moderator figure out it was an incomplete port and what kind of information was required.
I hope your issue is resolved promptly and according to your specifics.

My virgin number got disconnected as soon as I ported it and it’s been 3 days already since it’s been disconnected and im worried coz I cant receive any text and calls on my virgin number although my public number is working but it will take me a lot of time to inform all of my contacts with my temporary public mobile number

You are doing the right thing by sending a private message to moderator. It will take about 48 hours or longer if the moderator team are busy.
Login to your account.
Is your Virgin phone number already at PM?
If yes, wait for moderator to fix it for you.
At the mean time, You can use your Virgin SIM to call out/receive calls until it is dead. Then, you can using your PM SIM as your number is fully ported to PM.

Have you rebooted your phone?
If you've sent a private message to the moderator team already all you can do right now is being patient. They are replying to messages on a first come first serve basis and, as far as I can tell, still have a back log. Hopefully they'll get to you later today or tomorrow.

Unfortunately, nobody else here in the community can help with incomplete port. You need to wait for moderator. The wait times have been at least 1-2 days. Try not to send multiple requests as each request will delay your reponse time. Moderators do work on weekends, but are almost done (7PM EST). Hopefully, you will get response within next 24 hours.
