I am trying to log in to my account that I just created. I can't log in currently. I know that I'm using the right password since I wrote it down when I created the account and autosaved it to my computer, but just in case I tried to reset my password and I'm not even able to verify my email address. I know my account has been created since I have the welcome email in my mailbox, and I'm able to use my community account as well but I can't access my account history or self serve. Any tips or will I likely have to wait for a moderators help?

I see you have another active thread about the service issue you are having. It looks like your account did not activate fully. You will have to wait for the Moderator Team to get it fixed in their system.

@jesjesz281 sounds like it.
Try to log in here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

When you manually enter the email and password to login, what error are you getting? Do you have service currently? If yes, try creating an account here and see if the system detects if you already have an account or not.

Only tips I can suggest is clearing browser's history, trying a different browser, try it through an incognito tab. Try the Forgot your Password option.
Other option....try again later.
If all these fail, contact Mods.
To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:
1 - Faster Method - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right hand side of your screen, or use this link to: Get Help With SIMon the Public Mobile chatbot
OR
2 – Slower Method - Use this link to:

The problem I sometimes find with autofilling forms is that sometimes a space is added at the end. Remove that trailing space and maybe it'll work. Or even check for a space in front.

I activated it myself, and I tried entering it both ways and neither seems to be working currently

@jesjesz281 Did you activate online yourself or at a store? Try entering the complete email address manually rather than letting the browser auto select it.

I would recommend waiting an hour, clearing cache and cookies, open an incognito tab, and trying again.
You may also want to try a different browser on a different device.
You should know there seems to be some self-serve maintenance going on right now which is also preventing other users from accessing some functions within self serve.
