Hello I am having issues getting into my account I forgot my password and had to reset and then because of that it wanted a verification code which is linked to a old phone number I no longer have access too and there is no option to change it or to speak with an agent any help would be great

check if you can get the code via email. Click Didn't Receive code or Resend code. If Send email is there, use it
but if the email option is not there, ask PM to help.
