Thanks. It makes more sense now. I mean it should be automatic register when the phone is compatible with the network. Anyway, I sent a request for adding my phone to whitelist. So far I havent received a reply. But I guess it is weekend.

@chouchou1971 you actually don't have to inform PM if you prefer not. We were told the system might take 30 days to update the correct phone model on your account. Wait till next renewal, if you see the $5 still there, then open a ticket and ask PM to confirm that new phone is showed on your account and issue a credit for the $5

Yes, you can only use texting and data. Plus there is a $5/month fee until March 1/27.
But it should be VoLTE compatible so why not inform a CS_Agent.

I have another question. If I dont ask the agent to add my phone on the whitelist, would my phone would be off the network when 3G close down, thanks.

All 3 phones are VoLTE compatible. The PM whitelist for approved device has not been updated. A few members are also having issue with compatibility with newer phones.
Contact a CS_Agent to have them confirm and update the whitelist if approved devices.

These phones are all compatible.
You can reach out to an agent to inquiry.
