Using Rewards

I am trying to use my Rewards to pay for my service. I checked out the app and the internet sign in to my account. But couldn't find a solution.

Not sure If I'm blind to find the solution,

I think after Telus took over things have gone downhill.

Hi, So when you go online, there are several tabs on the Overview page.  You click, My Rewards tab. This will take you to another page, you click to navigate to the Rewards tab. Then you will see the catalog where you can filter and search.

To pay using your points, there is a 20 points for $20 off your bill option. The site will let you know if you have enough points, click and redeem.

Or you can redeem 5 points, for 5Gb data etc..

@Like2cook  Once you go to your rewards portal in your account you have to choose browse catalog and then select the 20 points to redeem $20 off phone bill have you done that
