After reading replies to "reverting" a phone number previously used, I was told to contact the Mod Team to see if this was possible. Using the bot's Submit Ticket function sends me to a 404 web page.
Request: Would like to revert to a previous Public mobile held number, if possible, and require Mod Team support.

@iliketotalk Two ways your request would almost certainly be hopeless:
a) if you call the number and someone answers
b) you ported the number to PM from a carrier other than Telus/Koodo

@Stitched hi chances of getting an old PM number is highly unlikely as it went back into the number pool when you finished using it moderators are extremely busy at this time

Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification in your email INBOX.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
