Is Ushining 3G flip phone compatible with Public Mobile network (Telus)?Looking at this phone for senior.

Band Mode: 3G WCDMA: 900/2100MHz or 850/1900MHz", this means that there is more the one version.  Assuming that website is providing the correct infiomation, the customer will need to ensure that right version is purchased.
