To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Both user name on your account and on this Community can only be change with the help of a CS_Agent.
So create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot below or private messaging them on the envelope icon above.

@Katie3 You’ll have to send a message to a CS AGENT for that, there is no option to change it yourself
