In the last 30 days my wife has had sixteen outgoing calls to 2265804001 in which eleven last 0:00:6, one 0:00:05, one 0:00:30, one 0:01:07, one 0:01:10 and one 0:01:30. The originating location is listed as 'All' even though she has never left Ontario. She has never called this number. A search on the web reveals that other Telus customers have the same issue with this number. What is going on?

@xaugh That number is the Public Mobile Voicemail number. When your
number is not reachable that entry just indicates that it was re-directed to VM.

That's voicemail
If the call is missed or unanswered it will be forwarded there
When she dials voicemail this is the number that the phone dials too
