Hi. If I am mid cycle, my plan doesn’t renew until the 16th and I upgrade my plan now. Do I pay the new plan amount today and then again on the 16th or does my 30 day cycle start from today?

If you activate a new plan immediately, a new 30 day "clock" starts. You just get no credit for the unused portion of the current plan

If you perform an immediate plan change, the 30 days starts now and last 30 days. However, you won't get any refund for the unused time from the old plan. You also have the option of pre-scheduling the change to occur at the time of the next renewal.

@Denise123 , yes you would pay the full plan price and the cycle for the new plan would start today. Any remaining time with the old plan is lost.
