Upgrade to a 4G plan

How do I upgrade to a 4G plan? I am currently paying $25.00 per month and I have a $4.00 monthly reward ($2.00 AutoPay and $2.00 Loyalty). What do I need to do? 3G is way too slow!!! I sign into my account, however I see no option to upgrade! It is all very frustrating not being able to talk to someone directly!

@4uChristina  Also remember, depending on your renewal date you can choose a plan to take affect on next renewal  so you use up current plan before paying to upgrade
