I can't remember my email or password but I'm on auto and want to upgrade my plan b4 it renews on the 11th what can I do?

When changing plans be sure to select CHANGE AT NEXT RENEWAL. So that at renewal date you'll be charged and new plan will start then. If you select change now you will be charged right away and there would be no refund for the days you did not use current plan.
