Upgrade not working

I upgrade to a bigger data packet  it just renewed and it's still on the old 75 gig not the new 150 gig do I need new sim card or what

No your sim card would have nothing to do with data plan still showing same.

Did you restart your phone and cleared browser cache before signing in?
