Do you know answer to security question? That's needed for the forgot passsword feature. If you don't know it, go straight to the contact mdoerators steps in the message before.

Hello @Leemae456 

Try the "Forgot my password" option to get you back into your account.

Open a tab in incognito mode OR try waiting 50 mins, then try again.

If still having issues contact moderators.
