On May 5th, 2026, the history section of my Public Mobile account shows "Purchased $35 ULCWUSMEX Base Plan-60GB-5G". This is the same plan that I am currently on, however, I think it is 10 more GB of data per month... not sure. The receipt that I downloaded says "Update required" under my name on the receipt.
I did not initiate this change on my end. As well, I had 2 add-ons that have disappeared from my account: long distance minutes and an additional 2 GB.
Thoughts?

Thank you. You've answered all of my questions. Much appreciated. I was able to see the usage breakdown and various add ons. As for the extra 10 GB... I must be mistaken. All's well.

Public mobile does not automatically switch plans for existing customers. Some customers do get promo texts to change to promo plan, but customer has to respond "yes" to the text for plan to be changed. Were you charged earlier than your expected payment date?
In your self service account, you can click on usage breakdown and then it should show your various add ons.
