I would like to update my address and add my credit card to my account but it will not let me.

@Kostik Thank you for sharing this experience with Community. We detected an issue impacting the ability for customers to update credit information. This has now been resolved. Please try again for a successful change.

Your address doesn't really matter just so you know.
For the card, try a different browser or device or use incognito or clear cache and cookies.
It works for me.

@Kostik I know Jade has said that to remove a card from autopay you need to contact the CSA's, so I am going to think that to update a card you are removing one and adding the new one. So I would raise a trouble ticket with the CSA for assistance. A link is in my signature
