My email address changed so can't receive verification code to get into account and change credit card.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to have your email changed on your account.
If your account is active, you can have the 2FA code sent by text to your phone.
Otherwise, you can purchase a voucher to active your account and have the text sent to your phone to update your CC on your account.
