Why am I unable to call a 1-800 number and why can’t I send a text to an android phone but can receive them?

For text, make sure Send SMS/MMS is enabled on the phone
for 1800 number, you need to ask PM support agent to fix it on the system
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
