I unsubscribed 1.5 months ago and just yesterday I was charged for another months service. I was nervous this would happen with no option to remove my credit card information from the system. I have opened a ticket with customer service and awaiting to see what they can do but I just came here to warn others and say this company apparently likes to rip people off!

Yes I that is exactly what I did, switched the Subscribed toggle and figured I was good but still nervous they had my credit card number and turned out I was right to be nervous. I logged back in when I noticed my CC had been charged yesterday and lone behold the Subscribe button was turned back on!

HOW did you 'unsubscribe'?
- One way is to remove 'subscribed' switch:

- Most definite way is to transfer number to another provider where your PM account will be immediately closed. Good ide before porting out is to ask agent to remove your CC info from your account to avoid 'accidental' charges.

Thanks for the reply, as mentioned I "Unsubscribed" 1.5 months ago and was shocked to see another months charge on my credit card. When I went into my account today to see what was going on it showed me as being "Subscribed". I have again "Unsubscribed today. Hopefully a customer service person can help me out through the ticket process.

if you login My Account, go to Payment->Manage Subscription , do you see subscribed toggled on or off?
you cannot remove card yourself, but PM can help with that. You can open a ticket and ask why you got charged again and ask them to remove credit card for you
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
