I started my cycle on July 15th and unsubscribed on Aug 15th. Why am I getting charged for the new cycle? How do I get my refund?

You can contact a CS_Agent and ask for a refund but it is up to the agent to decide.

Public Mobile subscriptions are 30 day cycles. Your renewal date would have been on August 14th. There are no refunds at PM. It is a prepaid service.
