They did some maintenance through the night this morning. I would say from 2am EST to 5am EST.
The self serve port was completely down a message said "conducting maintenance website unavailable"
Calling 611 also had a message saying they are doing maintenance and can't access your account at this time.
The community forums still works but they were also doing some updates.. at one point everyones Bravo's disappeared and if you looked at them for last year or even all the time there was only like 7 people listed with highest bravo like 76.
After everything was updated and came back online the community forums Bravo's came back and a new thing was implemented showing the resolution of a post as the very first post under ops question and all the Bravo's came back..
At same time the self serve account portal worked again as well as 611.
It seems to be running smoothly now
