Unregistered sim. ?

I have an android phone. Ive been with public mobile for years. So this is not a new account. My sim has never given me a problem.  Today at about:1:15pm. It said on my home screen.  Unregistered sim. So I opened the phone. Noticed it also had no internet. I just made payment 2 weeks ago so I know it was not that. So I dialed *611 only to be told by a recording that my call could not be processed at that time. So I tried send a text. It said no network registered.  Tried making a call. Same. No regrestered network. Went to network settings.  Tried to set it to public mobile network. Said cant connect. Try later. . So I am on wifi now trying to figure out if I need a new sim card or something bigger.  Any ideas anyone?

Is this a new phone you are using? Have you tried re-inserting the SIM card on your phone?

Have you tried restarting your phone? Usually does the trick for me

There are so many possible things that could have gone wrong you will require mod assistance

In meanwhile some basic troubleshooting you can narrow down the issue

1- Do you still have access to your online account?

2- Have you tried the SIM in another phone?

3- What happens when you call your number? (from a diff phone)
