I thought my phone was already unlocked, but I’ve inserted an international SIM card in and it won’t work. Can you please confirm if my phone is unlocked, and if not, unlock it as soon as possible? I’m going travelling today.
The phone model is an IPhone 7.
Model number: MN922VC/A
IMEI: 353845*********
Thanks!!

Hi @jessjia,
It appears that your phone was working fine with Public Mobile, that means it would have been locked to either Koodo or Telus. Assuming that is the case, the Moderators will be able to help you unlock your phone.
To unlock your phone, send a private message to the Moderators with the following information:
• Account number
• Account name
• Phone number
• Pin
• Phone model
• IMEI number (dial *#06# on your phone)
This is the link to send a message to the Moderators:

Hi @jessjia. Public mobile does not sell phones. If your phone is locked to a particular providor, you would need to get in touch with that providor to have it unlocked. Do you know who the phone is locked to?
