The good news is, I was able to successfully enter the RTR voucher dialing *611. The bad news is that is does not work through the web page. Hope that is getting worked on! And yeah, the voucher code was entered correctly! At least after I logged out and in, the system noticed the credit!

@bridonca, I have used RTRs a few times but haven't done so in a while. I never had any problems adding it through the self serve. There have been reports of delays between purchasing the voucher and having it "active". Not sure if it is serendipity that by the time you used 611, the voucher became active. Of course, the self serve is full of gremlins. Glad that things worked out in the end for you.
