Hi moderators,
There seems to be some issue with my account activation 9 days ago. I noticed some sort of error message on the page upon the completion of the activation process, even though it says that it was successful.
I received an email to confirm the activation and it says that the self serve account has been created. The service is working fine so far. I am however, unable to log into self serve; It kept telling me that it is unable to verify my email address. When I try to click on the "Forgot your password" link and entered my email address, it was unable to verify it as well.
I filed a support request 8 days ago but I havent heard back since. Please help, I need to log into self serve to manage my account.

It would seem odd that you did not get any reply after 8 days. I believe the queue is around 2 days. How did you contact the moderators? If you haven't done so, use private messaging. It is the most efficient method of contact. Here are a couple of links on private messaging and contacting the moderator team. I hope you issue is resolved soon.

Send a private message with your ph#, sim# and your email to the Moderator_Team and they will get back to you when they can.
