My mobile data was working the last couple of months, just started to not work today. Is there service interruptions going on?

Hi, I have the same problem....
I signed up for the future dated promo plan back when it was available. Didn't get the plan after the new cycle so I messaged a mod about it. @Shazia_K
Had it updated on saturday as per the pm my account section. calls and text work, but no data and no LTE shown on the phone. i have tried restarting and all the APN settings
any other ideas/tips?

Hi all,
My data works if I set network mode to just GSM/WCDMA. Once I set it to LTE it doesn't work if this helps.

Hey @skewpar,
It shouldn't matter but since you are experiencing trouble, make this one change in the APN settings: APN type = default,mms,supl
Save changes and reboot.
Also, if you are on a dual sim phone, make sure that the data connection didn't change to the other sim slot.

@skewpar are you back ont eh data network yet? Did you see that @pysk was experiencing the same thing and what they did that worked.

was having the same trouble.
Either the network detected the sim/phone or whatever I did helped.
I turned the phone off, then removed the sim. waited about 3-5 minutes and placed the sim back in.
And then turn the phone back on. Now I'm connected again.

I'm sorry for the delay in responding back to you as you might already know we are currently receiving a higher volume of requests than our usual.
Can you please send me a private message with your Public Mobile phone number and account number when you get a chance so I can see what is going on with your data service and be able to troubleshoot further? are you having any error message while trying to access data on your phone?

Yes apn settings etc. everything is correct. As mentioned was working fine, then today no data.

Tried rebooting, tried disconnecting and reconnecting. Shows connected as 4g/LTE on my LG V10.
