Unable to use data

I use a iphone 6s plus, and since a few months ago I realized I can't use data anymore.

I have had no prior issues with data and no settings have been changed.


Things that I have tried:
- restarting phone (it works for a bit, then doesn't after a while)

- checked APN settings

- made sure I have data remaining on account.

 

Please help

@ssfreaky did you try to update to newest iOS by OTA? If yes, I recommend you should restore & update via iTunes that makes your phone smoother. I got that problem before but after I restored via iTunes everything is good until now 🙂 good luck

If you have recently upgraded your iOS, you may consider downgrading it.

 

EDIT: Go to Settings > General > Reset > tap "Reset Network Settings". The phone will automatically restart. Let me know if this solves your issue.
