Unable to send texts

I had the battery changed in my phone yesterday and now I can’t send or receive texts.

Hi there,

I reset the network settings, but still can’t sent texts. By the way I CHANGED out the battery because my old battery stopped holding a charge. I think switching out the battery caused some sort of issue because I haven’t been able to send texts since.

Charging your battery has nothing to do with anything. Try going into your network settings and reset them. This will force your phone to reconnect to the Public Mobile network. Also, can you make calls? Just wondering if your bills are paid up.
