I've been abroad for a few months and wanted to make a payment in order not to lose my rewards or phone number but I am unable to do so in the My Account space. The space for the different plans is blank. Can anyone help me with this technical issue? Thanks!

@arideszo Try using a different browser, Chrome incognito usually work best.
If you do not renew your account within 90 days of your last service date your account will be removed, if it's been longer than that you will not be able to renew it.
